wednesdays

6-7p Beginner Yoga
Sandy

Always wanted to try a yoga class? Not sure if you can do it because you're not very flexible? This is a great class to start with. We can help you understand how yoga is a wonderful tool for supporting health for every type of body, not just for those with flexible bodies. Bring your questions and your friends and experience how yoga can truly be for EVERYbody.  This class focuses on introducing and reinforcing the basic tools of yoga - simple movements, breathing and meditative focus.

SATURDAYS

  • 9-10a Connect with Your Essential Nature
    Libby

The purpose of Yoga is to take steps toward freedom in our body, breath, & mind.  The limitations we experience come from years of beliefs, patterns, and identifications - this clouds our vision and weighs us down and creates a veil over our true nature.  This class is a journey inward to thin the veil. You will learn tools to bring strength, stability & comfort - mentally, physically, and emotionally.
